· First you need to choose which tents you would like to stay in.

· Next choose how long you want to stay, choose from a short break over the weekend Fri—Mon or a mid week break Mon—Fri or stay the whole week starting and finishing on a Friday.

· Tents are available from 3pm on day of arrival and please leave by 10 am on your departure day.

· The availability for each tent group is updated regularly please check the calendar for each tent, if they are shaded then I’m afraid those dates are booked, please check our other tents or ring to check for cancellations.

· Please note that the prices indicated in the box next to your preferred date, of your chosen tent, are for the group of tents. They are not available for rent individually. If you are traveling in a larger group, please contact us as we may be able to arrange extra sleeping tents.

· Bedding is charged at £5 per person this will include duvets and pillows plus additional blankets for cooler months.

· Towels can be hired at £3.50 per set consisting of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel.

· A complimentary kitchen pack is available, consisting of kitchen towel, tea towel, paper towel, cloth, washing up liquid and hand soap.

· If you would like to look after some chickens during your stay, you can hire a chicken coop for £10 per stay and if you are lucky they will provide you with eggs.

· If you would like to hire bikes during your stay they need to be booked early to guarantee availability, they cost £25 per stay, helmets can be provided but best bring your own.

· There is no need to bring bags of shopping with you, local produce can be ordered before you arrive, at very competitive prices and the farm shop can supply most of what you need.

· Once you are happy with your choices please                                                  email us at book@campfire-camping.co.uk or                                                            phone 01573 440 226  to make your reservation, once your reservation is completed an invoice will be sent to you within a few days.

· A deposit of 30% will be required.

· The final payment will be due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, if booking within 10 weeks of your chosen date then full payment will be due at time of booking.

· Once full payment has been made you will receive a welcome pack, with detailed directions, a shopping list, helpful suggestions of things to bring with you.
